Personal Training Services

Personal Training Sessions

  • Available In-Home/Office, or at a Locally-Owned Fitness Center
  • 30 - 60 minute sessions
  • Previously designed and specified to each person's need and ability
  • Concluded with a 5 minute full-body stretch

Nutritional Programs

  • 21 day fast track programs
  • Designed specifically for you with allergies and goals in mind
  • Teaches you what to eat, as well as how and when to eat to achieve optimum health

Cardio Training

  • 4 week programs designed for weight loss and fat burning
  • "Couch to 5K" programs
  • 12 week programs designed for endurance athletes and/or marathoners
  • Specific to your needs and your abilities

Boot Camps
Starting March 2018!

For those who enjoy working out with a group of close friends. VIP Personal Training will soon be offering personalized boot camps! Contact us now to set up a time and location for you and your friends, family, or co-workers!

  • 3-20 persons per camp
  • All skill levels welcomed and encouraged!
  • Indoor or Outdoor
  • 45-60 minutes in duration (shorter boot camps can be arranged for businesses!)
  • Location of Your choice!
  • Ages 18 and up
