Personal Training Services

Personal Training Sessions

  • 30 or 45 minute sessions
  • Previously designed and specified to each person's need and ability
  • Concluded with a 5 minute full-body stretch

Nutritional Programs

  • 4 weeks per program
  • Designed specifically for you with allergies and goals in mind
  • Teaches you how and when to eat rather than just what to eat

Cardio Training

  • 4 week programs designed for weight loss and fat burning
  • 12 week programs designed for endurance athletes or marathoners
  • Specific to your needs and your abilities

Boot Camps
Starting March 2013

For those who enjoy working out with a group of close friends. VIP Personal Training will soon be offering personalized boot camps! Contact us now to set up a time and location for you and your friends, family, or co-workers!

  • $20 per person
  • 3 person minimum
  • 20 person maximum
  • All skill levels welcome and encouraged!
  • Indoor or Outdoor
  • 40 minutes in duration (shorter boot camps can be arranged for businesses)
  • Location of Your choice!
  • Ages 16 and up

Corporate Wellness

Have an upcoming quarterly meeting and don't know how to break the ice? Invite VIP Personal Training to conduct a short 10-15 minute exercise and stretch routine that will have everyone loosened up!

Summer Youth Programs
Starting May 2013!

This summer VIP Personal Training will open up sign-ups for its summer youth programs. Each program is designed to take your young athlete to the next level. Whether they are needing to build up strength and quickness for sports such as football or basketball, or are needing to lean out and gain more endurance for cross-country or soccer; VIP Personal Training is dedicated to their performance.

  • 30 or 45 minute sessions offered
  • Cardio and nutrition programs included!
  • Half price if parent(s) is or become a client themselves!
  • Sport-specific training
  • Supervised and constructed by a nationally-certified personal trainer
